Healthcare marketers should take notice. Register all the iterations of your domain name. I know, you're thinking: "Everyone knows we're a dot Org - we print it on every piece that goes out the door." Sorry but no one reads that stuff. And no one remembers it when they are sitting at the computer trying to find your phone number. You need to register any and all URLs that someone might use, both TO BE FOUND and to avoid a PUBLIC HUMILIATION like this one. And I happen to know this site has been up for years and years.
Here's a free tip: Do some preemptive registering if you haven't already. Don't be "Overlaked".
